Period 1 - Early Registration
      
For continuing students only (enrolled Summer 2007, Fall 2007 or Spring 2008).

Summer 2008 consists of six sessions included within one term. Summer sessions will be grouped around three common beginning dates that fall within three common registration periods and payment deadlines. Each session will have individual drop deadlines and grade reporting periods.

Sessions listed according to the three common beginning dates:

May 12, 2008

3W1    (3 week 1)    May 12 - May 29, 2008   
8W1    (8 week 1)    May 12 - July 3, 2008     
SUM    (summer)     May 12 - August 8, 2008  (entire summer)

June 2, 2008

5W1    (5 week 1)    June 2 - July 3, 2008 
10W    (10 week)     June 2 - August 8, 2008 

July 7, 2008

5W2    (5 week 2)    July 7 - August 8, 2008

Advising

Please refer to the advising locations. Students who are seeking advising should contact the office of their adviser 1-2 weeks in advance of the scheduled registration time for an appointment. The following schedule is suggested for undergraduate students:

Fee Payment

Fee payment for Period 1, Early Registration for 3W1, 8W1, SUM, 5W1 and 10W sessions is 5:00 p.m. April 29, 2008.
Payment deadline for 5W2 session is 5 p.m. June 17, 2008.
Account balances for Summer 2008 will be available at my.unt.edu once you complete registration. Go to EIS Student Center to view your bill.

BILLS WILL NOT BE MAILED. Go to EIS self-service online at my.unt.edu for your account balance and schedule information. Account balance information will be available at my.unt.edu once you complete registration. Go to EIS Student Center to view your bill.

Fee payment arrangements must be completed by deadlines stated above or your registration requests will be canceled and you  will no longer be registered. Students must make their total due amount.  Students receiving financial aid or scholarships must have enough anticipated aid to cover their total due amount.

Check payments that are mailed must be received before the due date in order to maintain your schedule.
Paying by cash

Go to the Student Accounting and Cashiering Services in the Eagle Student Services Center (see map).

 

 
Using the installment plan

Go to my.unt.edu. Sign in. Click the  Student tab. Click Make a Payment. Click the Go on Installments tab. Post the installment plan to your account.
