The University Information Operators provide a major support service to all offices and departments on the University by answering incoming, intercampus, and long distance calls; providing general, non-technical information upon request; and referring all other questions to the proper departments.
The Mission of the University Information Operators is to deliver quality service with integrity by being responsive, courteous, supportive, and accurate in meeting the needs of the University administrators, faculty, staff, students, applicants, and other customers.
They provide a wide range of information on:
Faculty, staff, and student telephone numbers
Assist in locating individuals, departments, and services offered by the University
Provide assistance in determining answers to questions such as grade blocks, account balances, admission status, financial aid application status
Directions to various campus buildings
Deadlines for admission, registration, etc.
Create and distribute the Campus CentraNet Directory
Monday-Thursday - 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday - 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
