UNT Priority Dates
Priority dates are June 1/October 1/April 1. Applications considered on the basis of available funds after the priority dates.
Selection Criteria
Based on established financial need to students with the lowest Expected Family Contributions. Requires half-time enrollment. Satisfactory Academic Progress Requirements must be met. FSEOG awarded to undergraduate students only.
Continued Eligibility
Students must maintain at least half-time enrollment, continue to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress Requirements and continue to demonstrate financial need.
Repayment
Based on university repayment policy (see Refunds and Repayments for more info).
Amount of Awards
Based on established financial need and availability of funds. Average award is $1000 per academic year or unmet need.
Payment
Money is disbursed to the student's account once each semester.
