      As the enrollment senior officer for the university, Dr. Troy Johnson leads UNT's Enrollment Management Committee in its charge to develop and implement an ongoing, coordinated strategic effort to recruit, retain and graduate a diverse student body that is congruent with the university's National Research University vision and mission, state goals associated with Closing the Gaps and state Accountability System and performance measures. A member of the Provost's senior staff, he has direct oversight of Undergraduate Admissions, Student Financial Aid and Scholarships, Office of the Registrar, Center for Outreach and Community Involvement, Academic Readiness, TRIO, the Emerald Eagles Scholars program, and the Eagle Student Services Center. He is the leader of the Eagle Student Services Center (ESSC), UNT’s comprehensive, “one-stop shop” for student services which includes in addition to his direct reports key student services of the Toulouse Graduate School, Student Accounting and Cashiering Services, and Campus Tours. His leadership role with campus technology includes being the area lead for the comprehensive Student Administration component of UNT’s EIS and a member of the campus oversight Program Management Committee. He plays a key role and provides leadership for launching of the upstart University of North Texas at Dallas and other campus committee service includes: President’s Enrollment Council, Information Technology Council, Chair of Enrollment Management Committee, Deans Council, Associate Deans Council, Retention and Graduation Committee, and Equity and Diversity Committee. Sarah Collins

Director, Enrollment Management Initiatives

     Sarah Collins serves as a member of the Enrollment Management leadership team and is responsible for administration, personnel management, compliance, budgets, communications, assessment, program implementations and reviews, reporting, grant proposals, and working collaboratively with faculty and staff across campus on key projects to achieve the administrative, outreach, recruitment and student academic success priorities set by the university across divisional lines. In addition to her collaborative responsibilities, Sarah leads UNT's six TRIO programs and UNT's CCAMPIS program serving a combined 2200 secondary and college students; she chairs the Emerald Eagle Scholars Action Team tasked with providing guidance, interventions, and serving as liaisons and advocates for the Emerald Eagle Scholars program and its students; co-chairs the PeopleSoft Campus Community Work Group responsible for the management of shared records in the Campus Solutions information system; and serves as a leader in the Enrollment Management division for university initiatives supporting military personnel and their dependents.
