| Highest honor to be bestowed upon an ESSC employee. |
| Requirements: |

Have a certificate in Core Service Training. |
| 2. |
Be committed to the delivery of excellent service with special emphasis on providing core services. |
| 3. |
Demonstrate initiative in the development of a service attitude at UNT. |
| 4. |
Demonstrate UNT spirit. |
| 5. |
Demonstrate support of the vision and mission of the Eagle Student Services Center in daily activities. |
| 6. |
Demonstrate service-oriented skills (for example -- is cheerful, is cooperative, has a positive attitude, is a problem-solver, goes the extra mile, etc.). |
